One of the oldest original houses in the Baca Grande subdivision in Crestone, CO, this A-Frame was in desperate need of repair. Crestone Mountain Builders replaced the roof in 2014 and the conceptual drawings shown will be implemented at some point.
The goal of the renovation was the keep the structure intact and preserve some of the quaintness of a cabin while adding dormers to maximize floor space and make the A-frame style more usable.
