Companies I’ve Had The Honor Of Working With:

August Design Studio LLC, Loveland, CO.  2025-current.  Owner, Architectural Designer.  {This is me, working for me. }  This is my new business entity after changing my name post-divorce.

Carrie Caverly Design Studio, Crestone, CO.  2014-2024.  Owner, Architectural Designer.  {This is me, working for me, under my former name. }  I’ve had the great privilege of designing many custom homes for wonderful clients in the picturesque spiritual mountain retreat community of Crestone, in Southern Colorado.  Designs were efficient and affordable; maximizing views while incorporating many passive solar elements.  Most utilized conventional construction materials and methods, aiming for sustainability without the price tag that often comes with that label.  I focused on helping clients achieve their dreams of their own custom home.  Almost every project got built, and none of the houses I designed have ever been sold–it’s so satisfying to see that clients love living in them.

Clothesline Tiny Homes, Santa Fe, NM. 2012-2014. Co-Founder / Blogger. My former husband talked me into living in a Tiny House that we designed and built ourselves…  We then started a company designing and building tiny houses for others.  I did all the blogging as well as design and graphics for clients.  The blog had over a million views!

EDS was the for-profit arm of the Ecosa Institute, doing cutting edge sustainable residential and commercial architecture and donating the proceeds to the Institute…  I was an Architectural Designer working on all phases of residential and educational architectural projects.
